How to Play
The game operates in a fast-paced daily cycle. Each day, customers arrive at the counter with their order displayed above their heads in a speech bubble. You must quickly and accurately build their custom sundae through three stations before serving it. Each correct order earns you money and experience points, while mistakes, missing ingredients, or slow service will reduce your tips and customer satisfaction.
The Three Workstations
The Order Station: Stand at the front counter and take the customer's order. Read their ticket carefully — it specifies the number of scoops of ice cream, the specific flavors, the type and amount of syrup, whether they want whipped cream, and which toppings they'd like. Some customers also order a side drink or a float.
The Build Station: Assemble the sundae according to the exact specifications on the ticket. Use the scoop to add the correct number of scoops of the right ice cream flavors in the proper order. Then carefully apply the requested syrup by clicking and dragging the bottle. Accuracy matters — using the wrong flavor or too much syrup will upset the customer.
The Mix Station: Finish and present the sundae. Add whipped cream from the dispenser if requested, then sprinkle on any toppings the customer asked for. Place a cherry on top if they wanted one, and add a spoon and napkin. Finally, slide the finished creation through the serving window to the waiting customer.
Earning and Progression
Each correct order earns you the base price of the item plus a tip based on speed and accuracy. Perfect orders with quick service earn the biggest tips. - Work quickly but stay accurate: Speed is important for tips, but a wrong order means zero tip and a frustrated customer. Double-check the ticket before serving. It's better to be slightly slower and correct than fast and wrong.
- Watch the patience meter: Every customer has a patience bar above their head. If it empties completely, they storm out and you lose their business entirely. Serve them before the bar runs out, especially during the busy lunch rush.
- Stack orders efficiently: When multiple customers are waiting, try to batch similar orders together. If two customers want the same flavor of ice cream, make both scoops at once to save time.
- Complete daily specials: Each day may feature a special order or holiday event item. These pay significantly more than regular orders and should be prioritized whenever possible.
